Pick of the Litter - $3,500 The Purchaser has 1st pick Male or 1st Pick Female. Limited Availability—there are 1 or 2 of these contracts with every litter. The puppy is purchased with full UKC registration and breeding rights. Purchaser agrees not to use puppy for breeding before the age of 12 months.

Breeding Contract - $3,000 The puppy is purchased with full UKC registration and breeding rights. Purchaser agrees not to use puppy for breeding before the age of 12 months.

Pet Contract - $2,600 The puppy is purchased as a pet. The purchaser agrees that the puppy may not be bred intentionally or unintentionally. Purchaser agrees to spay/neuter the puppy before the age of 6 months. Purchaser will provide the breeder with documentation from a licensed veterinarian certifying the spay/neuter procedure before 6 months. UKC registration will be provided once this documentation is received. Purchaser can upgrade to a Breeding Contract at any time before the puppy reaches 6 months of age for an additional fee of $500.
